ProctorFree is proud to announce Suzanne Flynn Speece has been named chief operating officer.
Speece, most recently the COO of training recruitment firm Tech Talent South, assumed the role in December 2020. At ProctorFree, Speece will oversee key initiatives around structuring the company for growth as the demand for ProctorFree’s software platform has increased substantially year-over-year.
She comes to ProctorFree with 15 years of leadership experience in SaaS platforms, e-commerce and financial services. Speece served as COO of corporate gift platform It’s All Gravy and SVP of operations at Jibe, Inc., now a part of staffing leader ICIMS. She earned a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
The hire caps off a landmark year for ProctorFree, a leading provider of on-demand proctoring services during the COVID-19 pandemic, when the need for easy-to-use and scalable identity management and proctoring systems became paramount. Speece is expected to play a vital role in scaling ProctorFree’s customer base.
