The New Learning Experience and The Role of EdTech Tools
On Friday, September 30, 2016, ProctorFree kicked off our Fall Conference schedule with the Western New York Blackboard Users Group eLearning Day. The conference brought together over a hundred educators, administrators, and online learning stakeholders at Hilbert College in Hamburg, NY to share their insights on The New Learning Experience.
The keynote presentation showcased what is next for Blackboard’s teaching and learning solutions. Terianne Sousa of Blackboard discussed the ways educators and administrators can utilize the large variety of edtech tools available to create an excellent education for today’s students.
Terianne’s presentation led into our in-depth product demonstration done by Account Manager Karina Mariotti. Attendees learned how to empower students, enhance academic integrity, and build and administer exams easily through our integration with Blackboard. Discussions followed on how online proctoring aligns perfectly with The New Learning Experience. The next generation of proctoring creates a personalized, valuable, and distinguished online learning experience. Edtech tools are a crucial component of Blackboard’s New Learning Experience.
Thank you to all who attended and engaged in discussions about the future of online learning. Thank you to the WNYBUG team who executed a great event that highlighted the personalized experiences of regional higher education leaders.
ProctorFree looks forward to attending WNYBUG eLearning Day 2017. If you didn’t make it to WNYBUG, check out the additional conferences we are attending this year or contact us to learn how our proctoring solution contributes to the New Learning Experience.
